Service policies

Service use and submission conditions

Submit only artwork and evidence you are entitled to provide. Identify the publisher and applicable conditions accurately. Do not upload confidential materials or identity documents through the public submission workflow.

Submission files are held privately for validation and staff review. Publication requires a recorded review, and permission to display and permission to download are separate decisions. A basic file check is not a malware certification or a verification of trademark ownership.

Account creation and a recorded claim do not by themselves establish authority to represent a company. Source, relationship and ownership assertions may require separate evidence. Public logos remain subject to their rights holders’ conditions.

Browser tools provide technical observations and generated files. Similarity, colour and size outputs are not legal clearance or guarantees of production suitability. Review the result and its source before use.

Optional usage measurement

Help us understand which catalogues and file formats are useful. We do not record search text, uploaded images, names, email addresses or IP addresses in usage events. Events expire after 30 days. Local, staff and recognised bot traffic is separate.

Measurement is off until you opt in. Downloads have separate operational delivery counts.
