ACI PLC (Advanced Chemical Industries PLC) is a Bangladeshi conglomerate with its head office at ACI Centre in Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka. It began as a branch of the British company Imperial Chemical Industries in what was then East Pakistan and became ICI Bangladesh Manufacturers Limited after independence; in 1992 ICI divested its holding to local management and the company was renamed Advanced Chemical Industries.

ACI describes five strategic business units: healthcare, centred on pharmaceuticals; consumer brands, covering toiletries, home care, hygiene, electrical goods, salt, flour, foods, rice, edible oil and paints; agribusinesses; ACI Motors, which covers farm machinery, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and construction equipment; and a retail chain division that operates Shwapno outlets.
