Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using SimilarLogo you agree to these terms and the Privacy, Refund and Download License policies. You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live. Paid membership is intended for adults aged 18 or older.

2. Free services

Logo discovery, identification, comparison and history pages may be offered without charge. Results describe visual appearance and editorial research; they are not trademark clearance, legal advice or a guarantee of ownership, affiliation or accuracy.

3. Bitcoin Download Pass

• The price is $5 USD equivalent for one monthly period, payable through BTCPay using Bitcoin or Lightning.
• Bitcoin network or Lightning routing fees are paid separately by the customer and are not part of the $5 price.
• Bitcoin cannot be automatically pulled from an external wallet. Renewal requires a new invoice unless the customer has prepaid sufficient BTCPay subscription credit.
• Optimistic on-chain activation is disabled. Access starts only after BTCPay reports authoritative settlement.
• Access ends when the paid period expires, the subscription is suspended, or a payment is invalidated.

4. Files and intellectual property

Payment grants access only to files explicitly approved for paid delivery. It does not transfer ownership of any trademark, logo, copyright or brand identity. Your permitted use is governed by the Download License and any file-specific notice. You are responsible for ensuring your proposed use is lawful and does not imply false affiliation.

5. Account recovery and security

SimilarLogo uses a recovery key instead of a conventional account password. Save it before checkout and keep it confidential. We store only a one-way hash and cannot reveal the original key. Sharing the key may allow another person to use your membership.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute the protected collection in bulk, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, overload the service, or use files for fraud, impersonation, counterfeiting or misleading affiliation.

7. Availability and changes

Files may be quarantined or withdrawn immediately when rights expire, evidence is disputed or a rights holder objects. We may modify free features, security limits and future subscription prices. A price change applies only to later billing periods and will be disclosed before renewal.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular logo match or suitability for a specific legal or commercial purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
